Where we deliver
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and destinations outside this area are not supported. PO Box addresses are accepted within the supported area.
Shipping cost and method
Standard shipping is free on all orders. No minimum order amount is required.
Handling, transit and estimated delivery
Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee.
Order cutoff and business days
Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM, fixed GMT−06:00 Central Standard Time (Chicago reference), year-round without daylight-saving adjustments. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders received before the cutoff on a business day enter handling that day; orders received at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter handling on the next business day.
